9. Account: You need an account to use the app. The app might not work on all devices or browsers. Oracle can suspend or terminate your account if necessary.

11. Responsibility: You are responsible for the information you provide and for following the rules. Up2Speed Food Hub is not responsible for any issues with your products or services.

12. Payments: Up2Speed Food Hub might charge for some app features. You must pay to use these features.

14. Legal Use: You must use the app according to the law. You can't use it for illegal activities or in ways that harm others.

17. Termination: Either party can end this agreement at any time with 48 hrs notice. If the agreement ends, you must stop using the app.
